In 1989, Aegiscrew Manning, Inc. (AMI) was established with the objective of supplying higly-trained and highly-skilled seafarers for dry cargo vessels, bulk carriers, container vessels, prouct tankers, oil tankers, cruise ships, pasenger vessels, reefers, tug boats and RORO.
 AMI prides itself on its rigid screening process of applicants, making sure they have the experience and the credentials. This ensures the quality of service to be delivered to the vessel-owner by a seafarer who is holistically fit to do his job and surpass standards and expectations.
The founders of AMI are former Master Mariners and Marine Engineers who have circumnavigated the globe and have retired to pursue businesses engaged in ship management and manning operations. They have synergized and put their ideals and visions together, creating a sea-based employment company that will focus on both quality and dependability of services.
